1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us when you request service or contact us, such as your name, service and billing address, phone number, email address and payment details.
When you use our network, we automatically process technical information needed to deliver service, including IP address assignments, equipment identifiers, connection status and aggregate traffic volumes. We do not record the content of your communications or the websites you visit.
2. How we use information
- To provision, maintain, repair and bill your service;
- To communicate with you about your account, outages and changes to service;
- To protect our network and customers against fraud, abuse and security threats;
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your browsing activity to build advertising profiles.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, payment processors, billing systems and installation contractors) under contracts that limit their use of the data, and when required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order.
5. Retention
We keep account records for as long as you are a customer and for a period afterwards as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Technical network logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated.
6. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (which we do not do). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected] or call +1-818-784-0110. We will verify your identity before responding.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including access controls and encryption of payment data in transit.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and, for material changes, notify customers by email.
